Thank you for your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied due to a factory fault, you may return it to us for an exchange or repair only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns for exchange or repair must be posted within seven (7) days of the product delivery. After this seven (7) day period, return for exchange or repairs may not be accepted.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at HystericCreations93@gmail.com to obtain authorisation approval for exchange or repair (Photos and videos evidence of the defect will be required). After receiving approval, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, YOU will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REPAIRS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least sixty (60) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
Hysteric Creations / Turboman.net is not responsible and/or liable for any damage/s to products ascertained during the shipping process. Additional shipping/freight insurance can be purchased separately by the customer. Returns, exchanges and repair requests will only be accepted once proof of damaged (Not shipping related, such as faulty electrical components) has been provided.
